Instructions for use
- Wet the mitt with clean water
- Soak in bucket of shampoo (or rinseless wash)
- Wash the car with light pressure in straight movements
- Rinse regularly in a clean bucket with grit guard
- For rinseless: fold often to clean side
- After use: rinse thoroughly with clean water
- Hang to dry
Professional tip
For rinseless washing: Use multiple mitts and change them regularly. The patented fibers release dirt more easily than standard microfiber. For the best grip, fully insert your hand into the Gauntlet liner. Always use the 2-bucket method with grit guards, even for rinseless washing.
Why Gauntlet Liner?
The Gauntlet drying towel lining provides superior grip and holds the right amount of liquid—not too much (no dripping) and not too little (no drying). This makes the mitt more comfortable and effective.
Maintenance
Washing: Machine washable at 40-60°C with Rags to Riches microfibre detergent or mild liquid detergent
Drying: Low temperature in dryer or air dry
Do not use: Fabric softener (clogs fibers), harsh detergents
Important: Wash only with other microfibers (NOT cotton!), wash after every wash for optimal performance
