Material & Construction
This downpipe is made of high-quality stainless steel (T304) with TIG-welded connections. The V-band flange makes installation and removal easy without the hassle of bolts. Available in catless (maximum flow) or high-flow cat (200-cell sports catalyst) versions. Both options are optimized for maximum flow and minimal backpressure.
The downpipe replaces the restrictive OPF (Otto Particulate Filter) and catalytic converter for significantly improved exhaust flow. This results in +15HP and +25Nm power gain, better turbo spool and improved throttle response. Suitable for all F and G-chassis models with B48 engine: 120i, 125i, 220i, 230i, 320i, 330e, 330i, 420i, 430i, 520i, 530i, 530e, 630i, 730i, 740e, X3/X4 20i/30i and Toyota Supra A90 B48. Stage 2 tune required.
Installation & Assembly
The downpipe is a direct bolt-on replacement. Remove the original downpipe and OPF. Install the new downpipe with the V-Band flange. Use a new gasket. Stage 2 tuning is required to prevent CEL (check engine light) and achieve optimal performance. Professional installation is highly recommended.

Check the V-band flange and gasket regularly. Replace the gasket if leaks occur. High-flow cathode ducts can become contaminated over time; clean if necessary. Stainless steel can discolor due to heat; this is normal.
